Isobel Peachey studied Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art and Design and at Wimbledon School of Art. In 2009 she had a portrait selected for the BP Portrait Award exhibition and won the 2009 Travel Award for her proposal to study Medieval and Napoleonic re-enactment events in Switzerland and Belgium; work which was exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery in 2010. Her portrait 'R.H.' is currently in this year's (2011-2012) BP Portrait Award exhibition.

In 2009 She was commissioned by Cunard to paint a portrait of Her Majesty The Queen for their new liner The Queen Elizabeth. Working on private commissions she attempts to capture a likeness which reveals the sitter's mood and personality - this is a constant challenge and learning process. The face is source of inspiration for her art.
